Straw yellow with greenish hues, fine perlage, intense orange blossom, peach, and thyme with an intense, elegant, lingering taste. The sweet sensations are well balanced with a pleasant acidity and fruity aromas.
Traditionally served with  Panettone and Pandoro, it's wonderful with hot spicy dishes of ethnic cuisines, salami with figs or melon, molluscs and oysters.
