A washed rind cheese, produced with pasteurized whole goat's milk from Valsassina, the rind is thin, smooth and soft. Its paste is soft and slightly elastic, sweet and delicate on the palate. Aromas of goat's milk followed by hints of hazelnut make this a especially lovely cheese.
Try on a wholemeal bread drizzled with honey.
