It is a ham made from extra-tender legs using the old traditional recipe, worked extremely delicately in brine which improves the flavour of fresh meat. The brine is prepared using unique spices carefully selected. Them the ham is swept into a steel container for at least 48 hours. After this operation follows the casting in the shape and cooking with the help of the system "cookin-strip-off". The ham is cooked in a steam oven for at least 20 hours.
It is a delicate-tasting and flavourful deli meat.
