Symposium

This whisky is the original Penderyn ‘house style’, aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Madeira wine casks to bring out its full gold character. On the nose it is sweet and herbal, with subtle notes of vanilla and dried fruits. Thick and spiced on the palate, it finishes clean with the spice continuing to the end.
