Pecorino Primo Sale with Chilli 400g
Made with sheep's milk, it is crunchy in texture. Enriched with chilli, it has irregular eyes, while the aromas are pungent and the flavours herby. It is believed that Primo Sale was mentioned in Homer's Odysseus as the cheese made by the Cyclops. The name of the cheeses means "first salt", referring to the early stages of it's maturation.
