Bright straw-yellow in colour, when poured it produces a lively froth. Aromas of thyme, medicinal and herbeceous notes followed by candied citrus peel and lime rise to the nose. The taste is characterised by delicate sweetness, polite and gentle, with a fine and elegant mold that becomes fruity to the finish.
