The Cinta Senese is a breed of domestic pig from the province of Siena, in Tuscany. It is matured for at least 26 weeks with the herbs and spices. It is delicate and fresh, almost sweet in flavour. The slightly pinkish white colour and the homogenous and soft structure make this sausage unique in its kind.
