Pale in the glass, it is pale straw yellow with timid greenish reflections. The nose reveals good workmanship and great typicality, with hints of apple, dried fuits and nuts, with light mineral and icing sugar to finish. It's remarkably long in it's finish; dry and crisp on the palate. Citrus and flavours of melon make this a great summer wine. Shellfish, chicken or even pan-fried prawns, this wine would a real party hit at your next barbecue.
